Kutab Library is a digital home for Urdu novel lovers around the world. Our founding principle is simple: make Urdu literature accessible to every reader in an easy and organised way.

Our Story

Kutab Library began with a gap. Readers were spending more time searching for a working link than actually reading. At the same time, genuinely talented Urdu writers were publishing beautiful work that almost nobody saw, simply because they had no platform and no audience.

We built one organised place to close that gap from both sides. Every novel is sorted by genre and by writer, it reads well on any phone, and writers who deserve an audience finally have a shelf of their own.

Meet the Founder

Kinza Noor is an Urdu novelist and the founder of Kutab Library. Like most readers here, she started as a reader first, chasing digest stories and romantic novels through group links, dead pages and half uploaded PDFs, and thinking there had to be a better way.

So she built one. Kinza curates the library herself. She uploads the novels, sorts them into the right genre, gives every writer a page of their own and keeps the collection tidy enough that a reader can find a story in seconds instead of an hour.

She writes as well, and that side of her matters here. She knows what it feels like to finish a novel and have nowhere to put it, which is exactly why the next part of this page exists.

Promoting New Urdu Writers

Alongside well known names, Kutab Library actively publishes and promotes new and emerging Urdu writers. A first novel gets the same treatment as a famous one: its own listing, its own writer page, a proper category, and a place in the latest novels feed where readers actually look.

There is no fee to be featured. If you write Urdu novels and want your work read, send it to us. We will publish it under your name, keep it linked to your writer page, and update or remove it whenever you ask.
